At our daycarecenter, we prioritize the safety and well-being of your children. To ensure this, we have a rigorous staff vetting procedure in place. This includes thorough criminal record check, reference checks, interviews, and a comprehensive review of qualifications and experience.

Our staff members are also required to complete mandatory training in child development and safety protocols. Our staff consists of Licensed and experienced Early Childhood Educators with Emergency First Aid & CPR certification. Additionally, we maintain a low staff-to-child ratio to ensure personalized care and supervision. Rest assured, we are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for your children, and our vetting process plays a crucial role in achieving that goal.

Child- to- educator ratio for infants:-

At Strawberry Field Daycare, we prioritize your infant's development within a nurturing and intimate setting. With a 4:1 child-to-educator ratio, we guarantee personalized care for infants. We offer a variety of activities tailored to their interests, fostering a safe and engaging learning environment. Child- to- educator ratio for toddlers:-

At Strawberry Field Daycare, following the infant program, your child will enter our toddler classroom. This is an exciting age, where your toddlers are beginning to develop social skills, increase their vocabulary and are starting to find their independence. Children have daily opportunities to explore and learn about their environment in both indoor and outdoor settings. At this stage in their lives, curiosity and learning will become more prominent. This is why the toddler program is designed to guide children as they develop this greater sense of curiosity and understanding. Learning self-help skills is an important part of the toddler curriculum.

For toddlers, we maintain a 6:1 child-to-educator ratio, ensuring personalized care. We offer diverse activities based on their needs and interests, fostering learning in a safe environment. Dedicated staff keeps the space clean and organized.

Our Preschool Program focuses on nurturing children's skills and curiosity through daily experiences, emphasizing communication and emotional regulation vital for their social development. With an 8:1 child-to-educator ratio, our Preschool Room blends free play and structured activities to provide a well-

rounded early education. At this age, children explore the world, develop self-concept, and control. Our dedicated educators offer opportunities in science, math, motor skills, dramatic and constructive play, fostering each child's unique growth and learning style.

5Is screen time permitted ?

We do not permit screen time for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our philosophy revolves around nurturing hands-on learning experiences and encouraging healthy development through alternative activities. Occasionally, we may organize movie and pyjama days, and parents will receive advance notice. These special days typically occur once or twice a year, and we always ensure parents are informed in advance.

6Does the staff provide potty training support?

Our dedicated staffs at the daycare are committed to providing comprehensive potty training support for toddlers and preschoolers.
